Yearling Rams are available in Late September, 12months old and 80-100kg. These rams are from a different drop to the rams offered in February as Ram Lambs.
Rams are priced from $1200+GST.
All rams have estimated breeding data from Sheep Genetics (Lambplan)
Ram growth data and scanning data is also available whilst selecting rams.
Our flock is Ovine Brucellosis Accredited, Approved Vaccinates against OJD.
Rams are shorn, drenched, dipped, and 7 in 1 Vaccinated prior to selection.
Lambs sired by our Hampshire Down rams have tremendous growth rates, averaging 420grams/day, up to 750 grams a day until market age. Average over the past 10 years.
Our entire stud breeding ewe flock sits in the top 1% of all breeds in Australia for Intra-muscular fat (IMF), also in the top 1% for Shear Force. Both have strong correlation to Eating Quality.
